I’m Leanne, an identity coach, somatic practitioner and the founder of BRHAIVE.
I have always been an intuitive, caring and deeply nurturing person, and creating spaces where people feel safe, supported and genuinely held is at the heart of everything I do.
HELD brings together nervous system regulation, somatic practice, breath, movement, rhythm, sound, identity and meaningful connection. Some experiences are educational, some are community-led and others offer deeper immersive release, but every one begins with the same intention: creating enough safety for you to slow down, reconnect with yourself and receive support.
There is nothing to perform, prove or get right. You simply choose the experience that meets you where you are.

HELD | CIRCLE
CIRCLE is a monthly nurturing community experience for women who want to slow down, feel supported and build genuine connection with others.
Inspired by the ancient human tradition of gathering in Circle through rhythm, movement, storytelling and shared presence, CIRCLE creates space for women to regulate together rather than carrying everything alone.
This is not a formal class and there is no pressure to share. You are welcome to speak, listen, move, laugh, reflect and simply be part of the space.

HELD | LEARN
LEARN is a monthly practical, experiential workshop designed to help you understand why you feel the way you do.
Many of us spend years trying to "think" our way out of stress, anxiety, overwhelm or burnout without realising that our nervous system is often driving our thoughts, emotions and behaviours long before we're consciously aware of them.
Through evidence-informed nervous system education, identity coaching and somatic practices, you'll discover how stress is stored in the body, why old patterns repeat and how to work with your nervous system rather than against it.
You'll leave with a deeper understanding of yourself, practical regulation tools, and simple techniques you can use in everyday life to feel calmer, more resilient and more connected.

HELD | RELEASE
RELEASE is the monthly signature immersive HELD experience.
It is designed for people who need more than information and want space to feel fully held, soften, receive support and gently release what the body has been carrying.
The experience combines guided somatic practice, movement, carefully chosen music, live sound, breath, body awareness and consent-led nurturing touch. The spoken journey may be pre-recorded so that facilitators are free to move around the room and offer individual support throughout.
This is not about pushing the body into release. Safety comes first. Your body leads, and every response including stillness, tears, sighing, shaking, warmth, tiredness or no obvious change is welcome.

A private experience created around you
Every 1:1 HELD session is intuitively tailored to your unique journey and what you need on the day.
Together, we'll gently explore what your body is holding through nervous system regulation, somatic practice, identity coaching, sound, breathwork, meditation, Reiki and nurturing support. There is no fixed structure and each session unfolds at your pace, creating the safety and space for you to regulate, reconnect and experience what it truly feels like to be held.
Held in my peaceful private home annex or in my beautiful garden, this calm, nurturing space has been thoughtfully created to help you slow down, feel safe enough to let go and receive personalised support away from the demands of everyday life.

Personalised Somatic Experience
Your session will be intuitively guided and may include meditation, breathwork, music, sound, gentle Reiki, nurturing intuitive touch and somatic practices to support nervous system regulation and release held tension within the fascia. Every session is unique and responds to what your body needs on the day.
Setting Your Intention
We'll gently identify what you're ready to move towards, creating a clear intention to guide your healing and growth.
Reflection & Integration
Before you leave, we'll take time to reflect on your experience, grounding any insights and ensuring you feel calm, supported and connected.
