BRHAIVE is more than a salon. It is a space built from a journey. Founded by Leanne Holt, BRHAIVE was created from a belief that self care should be more than an appointment, it should be a place where people can pause, reconnect and feel supported. After years working within the fast pace of the hair industry, Leanne felt called to create something different. A space where hair, wellbeing and personal growth could exist together, not just beautiful results on the outside but a deeper sense of calm and confidence within. Today, BRHAIVE is held by a close knit team who share that same ethos. We see ourselves as more than stylists or practitioners, we are a small family who care deeply about the experience we create for every person who walks through our doors. As BRHAIVE has grown, part of the journey has also meant Leanne stepping back from the salon floor to allow the next leader of BRHAIVE, Ali, to step forward and lead the salon into its next chapter, creating space for leadership to grow within the team while allowing Leanne to deepen her work in coaching and personal development. Every detail within BRHAIVE is intentional, from the colours that soften the space to the rituals we offer, the slow headspa treatments and the quiet moments of care that allow you to arrive exactly as you are. At its heart, BRHAIVE is part of a wider ethos and pathway of growth. It begins with guilt free self care, creating space to pause and reconnect. From there many people explore deeper connection through HELD, before moving into identity work through The BRHAIVE Method, and for some continuing into personal coaching, leadership development or identity led business growth. For some, BRHAIVE is simply a place to relax and care for their hair. For others, it becomes the beginning of a journey of self discovery, growth and transformation. At its heart, BRHAIVE remains the same simple intention, a place where you can exhale, return to yourself, and experience transformation gently, without pressure.

Although she no longer does hair, Leanne personally trains each of our Aura Headspa practitioners to create a sanctuary of holistic connection. She has built a team who are not only skilled but also deeply passionate about their own wellbeing as well as the wellbeing of every client they care for. BRHAIVE is brave, with hair woven into its heart — a space where wellness and beauty come together, and where everyone who enters is invited to slow down, breathe, and return to themselves. Leanne hopes to continue creating more spaces like this, bringing her team along on the journey, and sharing in the success and future of the brand.
