Leanne carried it through her years as a self-employed stylist, then opened BRHAIVE in 2020. That same intention lives on through Ali and our close-knit team, in the details, the welcome and the way we look after you.
The story behind BRHAIVEEstablished in 2024 as Stockton Heath’s first Headspa, AURA brings Japanese-inspired scalp care together with gentle nervous system support. A warm waterfall, tailored cleansing, scalp massage, comforting eye masks and slow, nurturing touch invite you to settle into rest.

Visit preferences, booking references, appointment dates and policy acknowledgements help the salon prepare your service. Headspa questions may include pregnancy, scalp concerns and sensitivities. You are asked for separate, explicit consent before submitting health-related answers. Only your signed-in account and the authorised salon owner can retrieve your forms. No health answers are included in email notification messages.
We use necessary booking and service information to arrange and deliver the service you request. Health information is used with your explicit consent for suitability review. Withdrawing that consent may mean the practitioner cannot assess or provide the treatment. Contact info@brhaive.co.uk to discuss access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent.
Gift requests contain purchaser details, recipient details, a personal message, gift value and a unique order reference. Recipient details are used only to fulfil the gift. This website does not collect card numbers. Stripe payment links are opened on Stripe. A voucher is downloadable only after the salon verifies payment and registers the code. Points are recorded against verified, paid visits; they are not a cash balance.
This website uses hosted storage for forms, gift requests and loyalty records. ChatGPT provides website sign-in. Shortcuts manages the existing salon diary separately. Our current full Headspa form is hosted by Tally. These providers operate their own services and privacy terms. We do not publish your consultation answers or use them for marketing.
Newsletter sign-up has its own optional consent. Completing a service form or buying a gift does not subscribe you or the recipient to marketing. Contact the salon to opt out of marketing or ask about information held, retention and deletion. We keep information only for its service, accounting, support and applicable record-keeping purposes; the salon can explain the retention period relevant to your record. You may raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
