BRHAIVE Aura Headspa was created as an invitation back to yourself.
More than a luxury treatment, it's a carefully designed nervous system experience that combines therapeutic scalp care with moments of stillness, breath, body check-in, gentle touch, sound and sensory ritual to help your body shift from doing into simply being.
Inspired by Japanese Headspa traditions and thoughtfully enhanced with elements of HELD by Leanne Holt, every experience has been created to support not only the health of your scalp and hair, but the wellbeing of your whole body.
Because when your nervous system feels safe, everything else begins to soften, restore and rebalance.
More Than Hair Care
Your scalp is one of the most nerve-rich areas of the body.
Gentle, intentional touch, rhythmic massage, warmth and calming sound all communicate safety to the nervous system. When we feel safe, our breathing slows, muscles begin to release, the mind becomes quieter and the body naturally moves towards rest and restoration.
This is the foundation of every BRHAIVE Aura experience.

Developed by founder Leanne Holt, the BRHAIVE Aura experience gently incorporates elements inspired by her HELD philosophy - creating spaces where people feel safe enough to reconnect with themselves.
Your experience may include guided breath awareness, calming meditation, nurturing touch, soothing sound and moments of complete stillness, allowing your body permission to slow down naturally rather than forcing relaxation.
